Mostyn Higgs
Director
Mostyn is a highly experienced construction professional with over 20 years in Tier 1 projects. He specialises in complex structural steel, buildability solutions, and large-scale project coordination across commercial, healthcare, residential, mixed-use, airport, and corrections sectors. His portfolio includes landmark developments such as ICD Brookfield Place in Dubai and Bankside Yards in London. Recognised for his commitment to safety, he was awarded Outstanding Safety Representative of the Year by Multiplex in 2018. As Director of RAFT Building Group, Mostyn leads with integrity, delivering high-quality projects with precision, efficiency, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Liam Gillott
Director
Liam has over 18 years’ experience in construction project management and operations. As Director of RAFT Building Group, he helps drive the company’s vision through innovative, tailored solutions, with expertise in multi-discipline service trades, customer service, and building strong team cultures. Starting as an electrical apprentice, Liam progressed to Construction Manager at CV Services Group, delivering major projects before leading operations in Asset Services, overseeing critical infrastructure and managing $50M annually. He later founded a successful HVAC business, growing a team of 20 within its first year. At RAFT, Liam combines strategic leadership with a people-focused approach, ensuring efficient systems, strong relationships, and seamless project delivery.
